As a Customer Engagement Representative on our team, you will play a key role in fostering positive interactions between our clients and their customers. Your primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, build strong relationships, and support sales efforts. 

Here’s a breakdown of what they typically do:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers through direct engagement 
  • Address customer inquiries, provide information about our clients products or services, and resolve issues as they arise
  • Personalize interactions to meet the specific needs and preferences of individual customers.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist customers in understanding how products or services can meet their needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Follow up with customers after initial contact to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns.
 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Quick thinking and resourcefulness to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple interactions and follow-ups efficiently 
  • At least some experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or sales
